BIOGRAPHY

Khayyam M. Eddings is a partner in the Labor and Employment Litigation Practice Group where he counsels employers in all aspects of the labor and employment laws including compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Khay also represents school districts throughout the state of Arkansas with respect to constitutional law matters, claims under the Arkansas Teacher Fair Dismissal Act, the Arkansas Public School Fair Hearing Act, issues involving Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

His practice includes the representation of clients in state and federal courts, before administrative bodies such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and before arbitrators.
