Byron Eiseman, Chairman of the Friday, Eldredge & Clark Management Committee, will step down from that position at the end of the month. He will be succeeded by J. Shepherd “Shep” Russell III who has been the Vice-Chairman of the Committee since 2005.
 
Eiseman will continue the practice of law with the Friday firm where his legal career began in September, 1964.  Prior to becoming Chairman of the Committee, he headed up the firm’s transaction practice and served as Vice-Chairman of the Committee for 11 years.
 
Russell joined the firm in 1978 and has become one of the state’s most respected municipal and corporate finance attorneys. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the University of Arkansas School of Law.
