We represent a number of pharmaceutical and medical device companies in product liability cases, serving as regional coordinating counsel as well as defense counsel in individual product liability cases. Our lawyers have effectively represented several pharmaceutical and product manufacturers in cases involving drug labeling issues, hormone therapy, DPT vaccine, oral contraceptives, intrauterine devices, tampons, and breast implants, and anti-psychotic medications, as well as the developers/manufacturers of biologic, biomaterial, and device systems for musculoskeletal surgery.
