Seth M. Haines focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Although he practices primarily within the areas of banking, real property, and construction law, Seth also represents clients in a broad range of industries.  In addition to representing clients in the courtroom, Seth has had the opportunity to represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and before administrative panels such as the Arkansas Real Estate Commission.
