Edie Ervin brings to the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group a rare background combining private practice with over a decade of judicial clerkship experience. After graduating first in her law school class, Edie started her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable G. Thomas Eisele, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. She then joined Williams & Anderson as an associate, later becoming a partner. While in private practice, she focused exclusively on litigation, primarily commercial litigation, class action work, and employment law. In 2000, she returned to the Eastern District courthouse to clerk for the Honorable James M. Moody. In 2002, she returned to Judge Eisele’s chambers. Edie’s extensive experience evaluating legal issues from a court-oriented perspective allows her to offer her clients a unique perspective and insight into preparing for and responding to legal challenges. |
