K. Coleman Westbrook, Jr., is a partner in the firm's Estate Planning Practice Group. His practice consists of performing analysis and planning for individuals with regard to gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes; charitable and other lifetime and testamentary transfers; probate; and estate, trust and non-profit/tax-exempt administration. Coleman's practice includes the drafting of and advising with regard to: (1) Testamentary planning, including wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, beneficiary designations and beneficiary deeds; (2) Estate planning, including estate planning trusts, life insurance trusts, family business transfers and agreements and family limited partnerships and limited liability companies; (3) Charitable planning and administration, including charitable trusts and charitable/non-profit/tax-exempt organizations; and (4) Estate/Trust administration and probate, including estate and gift tax returns.
Coleman is a Fellow in the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
