Alexandra A. Ifrah has practiced in the Employee Benefit Practice Group for more than 10 years. Alexandra’s concentrates her practice on the representation of employers from a myriad of industries in complex employee benefits, taxation, and executive compensation matters.  Alexandra has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and administration of tax-qualified retirement plans (including profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, defined benefit plans, and ESOPs) and nonqualified deferred compensation plans for both large and small business organizations, including governmental and non-profit organizations.

Alexandra also has extensive experience in the design, implementation,  and administration of health and welfare benefit plans, including group health plans, cafeteria plans, and fringe benefit plans.  Alexandra advises clients on all health and welfare benefit plan issues, including compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable federal mandates.
