Donald H. Bacon is a member of Friday, Eldredge & Clark's Management Committee.  Professional liability is the consistent theme of his work, regardless of the industry.   He has represented lawyers before the Office of Professional Conduct and has represented doctors before the State Medical Board.  He has tried cases in 40 of the 75 counties in Arkansas and 9 of the 11 Federal District Courts. Don's 170 jury trials include a broad range of cases: professional liability in the medical, legal and insurance agent fields, products liability, (personal injury and property damage),  insurance (health, life, casualty), construction, motor vehicles (auto and tractor trailer), premises liability, intentional torts (malicious prosecution, false arrest, and outrage),  fires, railroad, Fair Credit and Fair Debt Collection Act. He continues to litigate in a number of areas, with a primary emphasis in professional liability, products liability and personal injury defense.  

Don is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Diplomate in the American Board of Trial Advocacy.  He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America^® since 2005, for Legal Malpractice Law, Medical Malpractice Law, and Personal Injury Litigation.
