Biography

R. Christopher Lawson focuses his practice primarily on business and employment litigation, appellate procedure and the representation of public school districts in Arkansas. Christopher represents both public and private sector clients in contract disputes, class actions, toxic tort litigation and lawsuits arising under various federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, Title IX, and the Arkansas Teacher Fair Dismissal Act. In addition to his litigation practice in federal and state courts, Christopher represents clients who appear before various state regulatory agencies, such as the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission and the Arkansas Department of Health.
