Little Rock, Arkansas - Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP is pleased to announce that six attorneys have recently joined the firm as associates.
Beth C. Kearney - graduated from The University of Texas School of Law with honors. Before joining the firm, Ms. Kearney was an associate in the Newport Beach, California office of O’Melveny & Meyers, LLP, where she practiced litigation and labor and employment. Ms. Kearney will practice in the area of labor and employment.
Bradley S. Runyon - is a cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law. Mr. Runyon joins the firm's medical malpractice defense group with two (2) years of experience defending physicians and medical care providers in medical malpractice lawsuits.
Joshua M. Osborne - is a High Honors graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Osborne will practice in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation.
Rejena Saulsberry - is an honors graduate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Ms. Saulsberry will practice in the area of litigation.
David E. Choate - is a graduate of Vermont Law School and holds a Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. Before joining the firm, David worked for The Nature Conservancy of Wyoming and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. David will practice in the areas of environmental law, real estate, and financing.
Jim L. Phillips - is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law. He was the Executive Editor of the Arkansas Law Review. Mr. Phillips will practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation.
