Mr. McKay is a partner in the Litigation Group. He concentrates his practice in Intellectual Property Litigation, Civil Trial Defense, and Railroad Defense Litigation. Mr. McKay has successfully defended patent cases, railroad cases, trademark and copyright infringements, and personal injury cases. Before joining the firm, he served as an Officer in the United States Army. He is a combat veteran of the Persian Gulf War and a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point.
